CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Substitutions can be made at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to Katie Smith – ksmith@meistermedia.com. All cancellation requests must be received by September 10th to receive a refund of your registration fee, less a $50 USD processing fee per registration. No refunds will be issued after September 10th or for no shows. Please note: Substitutions can be made at any time without penalty.
